Activity
SeaPac master data
Each company can keep separate lists, such as housekeeping and provisions.
Upload latest company master data
Select an existing list to replace its active product set. Only the latest version is kept; products missing from the new workbook are removed from the active list. Existing client decisions are retained where products still match. Updated SP Codes flow through to linked client lists. For spelling and language variations, include an “Alternate Name”, “Local Language Name” or “Aliases” column.
Classifications use the first two digits of the HSN code from the source list. Products without an HSN code are grouped as Unclassified.
Client master data
Upload each client’s workbook and link its items to the selected SeaPac master list.
Upload a client master list
Enter the new client’s name, choose the SeaPac master list to match against, and upload the client’s workbook.
SP Code is the code the client supplied in their master list. Highlighted rows have a duplicate SP Code within this list.
Client contacts
Save who should receive each client's quotations. Quotation emails open as a draft in your mail app (Outlook or Apple Mail) with the PDF and Excel attached. A vessel-specific contact is used first; otherwise the client's general contact.

Orders
Upload a client's indent for a vessel. Prices come from that vessel's Client Master Data and can be edited before the quotation is generated.

SP Code validation
Check client-provided SP Codes against the currently selected SeaPac list. A code must point to exactly one company product to pass.
